Fussy Busty came out with a Fit and Active theme for September. As the month is coming to an end, I wanted to share a few thoughts.
I’m one of those who believe that big breasts DON’T cause back pain, that is not to say that a heavy chest can’t exacerbate back pain caused by various factors (posture, stress, disability, a weak back, etc.). So it is extra important to wear appropriate support while exercising and to take good care of your back by stretching on a regular basis and by keeping it strong with resistance exercises, either weight-lifting or simple body weight exercises.
While strength training has lots of benefits, cardio shouldn’t be neglected to improve endurance and keep your heart healthy. Problem is some cardio exercises are particularly taxing on your body. If you love running or horse-riding, don’t let a fuller bust stop you, but you should pay even more attention to your choice of sports bra and make sure that you replace them as soon as they don’t support you properly. If you’re not fixated on a type of exercise, why not opt for low impact cardio? Swimming is the first thing that comes to mind as water carries your body weight. Hiking and cycling are other options. You can also get a good sweat without unnecessary bounce with Ice-skating and rollerblading.
